After completing his university studies, he served in technical and managerial roles at the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic. Since 2012, he has played a significant role in the establishment, operation, development, and prosperity of VT\u00da, s.p. In 2015, he was appointed director of VT\u00da, s.p., and under his leadership, the company has gradually achieved significant improvements in its financial performance despite various crises.
